MY STORY

Diving Services for Seniors

Welcome to JOHN'S HELPING HANDS!

​

I am a locally born man who has enjoyed being in sales and marketing, provincially and worldwide, since 1983. The highlight of those years was working with my Father and siblings in a very successful graphic arts company that served a diverse variety of clientele. During this time, I learned a lot about relationship building, as well as the true value of providing good, old-fashioned service.

 

My values have always included honesty, respect for others, and a firm commitment to getting things done.

 

My most recent job was driving a HandyDART in the Lower Mainland. This brought me a different perspective of service and I realized how many people are in need of personalized services that go beyond what HandyDART can currently provide.

After doing some research and talking to as many people as possible, I decided to start John’s Helping Hands. Creating this service called out to me as the perfect solution to help seniors and their caregivers. Any adults with elderly parents can naturally see the advantage of hiring me and this service enables me to stay active and continue contributing to the community.

 

I want to provide a unique professional driving and errand service that is second to none. I understand the importance of a friendly helping hand, so please allow me to accompany you while you stay connected and active in your community.

-To identify needs of seniors in Burnaby, make recommendations relative to those needs, and seek means of implementing solutions.
-To act as a resource for those who are delivering new or additional services for seniors in Burnaby.
-To educate and inform members and the community about emerging seniors’ issues, needs, and programs/developments.
